This course is for people who do not have a Facebook fan page for their business yet or for those who have created a page but don't know what to do next. Workshop outline:

1. Development of a Facebook fan page including uploading main picture or logo, thumbnail appearance, page name, info tab and fan page blurb.
2. Attracting fans to your page
3. How to post on your page and how often to post
4. What content to post on your page
5. Tagging within posts
6. Facebook pay-per-click ads

Social Media for Intermediates:

This course is for people who already have a Facebook fan page and a following for their business but want to take things to the next level.  Workshop outline:

1. Facebook applications (Social RSS, YouTube, Twitter, etc)
2. Facebook Insights (page analytics)
3. SEO for your Facebook Page and Twitter
4. Facebook Places
5. How and why to add custom tabs to your Page (using FBML)
6. Twitter marketing strategies and HootSuite
7. Social Media Policy Development
8. LinkedIn groups and keyword strategies

Social Media for Experts:

This course is for people who have mastered Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and want to be exposed to more advanced social media strategies.  Workshop outline can be customized but below are some sample topics:

1. Geo-location social media strategies (Yelp and Foursquare)
2. YouTube marketing
3. Blogging tools and tips
4. We can customize this course to fit a group's needs

Attendees should come to workshop with a laptop and your username and password to your personal Facebook page.  All workshops take place at the Marketing Mud office at 8763 SW 27th Lane, Gainesville, FL, 32608.
